Fight the Lag!

Posting this just in case some people may be experiencing a lot of lag issues. These fixes actually cut my ping in half. On Twisting Nether, I know its a newer server than Scarlet Crusade, but, I generally stay under 50 ping.

I'm stuck on my laptop but this has drastically improved performance. Can't wait until I get my desktop set back up. Thanks V!

Apparently when Vista and Windows 7 were programmed, they made it kind of "dummy proof" from what I understand. By this I mean it slows down your internet performance so that it can scan every incoming packet. I think this change makes it so that it changes every other packet or every 3rd packet, or something like that. I just know it works and works well.

My latency was usually around 220. Now it is averaging around 80-100!
