No, turns out the billing dept is the dept to go to for unlocking/removing authenticators since it is keyed to the actual account-account (as in the billing account) as opposed to the password-resetting fucks on the battle.net/WoW side of the house. Yea, a bit confusing for me, too, but I added the suggestion to update their FAQ. But, just so the folks here know, if your account is hacked and authenticated or you need to remove an authenticator from your account for whatever reason, contact the Billing dept.
